RETURNS:

 

BEFORE MAKING ANY RETURNS, please contact our Web Orders Department at weborders@causa.com, to receive an RETRUN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

 

Any products that have been purchased through Custom Accessories website, can ONLY be returned by the original purchaser. We will not accept direct returns from the seller's customers.

 

Returns for products purchased directly on our website, can be made if;

 

              1. Products arrive from Custom Accessories, to the customer,

                 either broken or damaged.

 

              2. Contents of the shipment arriving from Custom Accessories,

                are incorrect.

 

All Returned items must be packaged in their original contents.          

 

All "Close-out" items are FINAL SALE, and may NOT be returned. 

 

* If items are returned for any other reasons than the above,

shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
