RETURN/REFUND POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ONLY ON CUSTOM ACCESSORIES WEBSITE:

BEFORE MAKING ANY RETURNS, please contact our Web Orders Department at weborders@causa.com,
to receive an RETRUN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Once you have received an RA Number, you may send
your return to the following address:

Any products that have been purchased through Custom Accessories website, can ONLY be returned by
the original purchaser. We will not accept direct returns from the seller's customers. 

For returns purchased directly on Custom Accessories website: 
PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK THE ENTIRE CONTENTS OF YOUR SHIPMENT, WHEN RECEIVING ORDERS
PLACED VIA OUR WEBSITE.  Items that arrive damaged, or need to be returned for any reason, MUST
be exchanged within 30 days of shipment receipt. The purchaser will be responsible for any/all 
shipping fees of exchanged items,  after 30 days of receiving shipment.

Returns for purchases made on Custom Accessories website, will be accepted for the following reasons
only if any of the following apply;
1. Products arriving from Custom Accessories, to the customer, are either broken or damaged.
2. Contents of the shipment arriving from Custom Accessories, to the customer, are incorrect.

All Returned items must be packaged in their original contents, and in tact.


All "Close-out" items are FINAL SALE, and may NOT be returned. * If items are returned for any other
 reasons than the above, shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
*For a full refund, returns must w made within 14 days of purchase on REGULAR priced merchandise,
ordered via Custom Accessories' website.
